WORKSHOPS, COURSES AND MEETINGS WITH ARTISTS AND CURATORS

Opening art to learning, experimentation, and direct dialogue

The WIN for ART program dedicated to workshops, courses, and meetings with artists and curators is designed as an accessible and professional framework for artistic education, addressed to the general public, amateurs, artists in training, and anyone who wishes to explore contemporary art through direct experience. Each workshop becomes a guided creative space where participants can discover techniques, materials, processes, and artistic concepts alongside recognized practitioners.

The program is not limited to teaching techniques. It creates a context for encounters between the public, artists, curators, and art professionals, giving participants the opportunity to better understand the creative process, the languages of contemporary art, and the relationship between practice, idea, and public presentation. In this way, WIN for ART contributes to building a more open, educated, and connected artistic community.

What the program offers

The program includes workshops in painting, sculpture, graphics, digital art, textile arts, and installation, organized at introductory, intermediate, and advanced levels. Sessions are designed for small groups, allowing each participant to receive attention, guidance, and relevant feedback. Workshops may take place one to three times per week, with each session structured as an intensive 5–6 hour creative experience.

In addition to practical courses, the program includes monthly meetings with artists and curators, conferences, debates, studio tours, and gallery visits. Participants have access to materials, workspaces, photo and video documentation, an individual portfolio, and a final exhibition in which their works are presented to the public. The program therefore offers not only learning, but also a first experience of visibility, presentation, and artistic validation.

Who it is for

The program is addressed to a diverse audience: people without formal artistic training, curious adults who want to discover art for the first time, amateur or self-taught artists seeking structure and guidance, young people and students interested in creative fields, professionals seeking inspiration or career redirection, and emerging artists who wish to strengthen their practice.

At the same time, the program is relevant for the general public interested in culture, collectors, art supporters, local communities, school groups, and organizations that want to better understand the artistic process and the role of contemporary art in society.

How the program works

Participation is based on an online form, open call, or free registration, depending on the type and level of the workshop. The participation fee may be paid per session or through a monthly subscription, while access may also be supported through scholarships, sponsorships, or partnerships. Groups are limited to a maximum of 10 participants per workshop, ensuring an applied, personalized, and effective learning process.

The program can be organized on a semester basis, with launches in September or January, sessions running over several months, monthly meetings with artists and curators, and an annual final exhibition. At the end, the works are documented, included in a digital catalogue, and presented in a public context, offering participants a complete experience: from experimentation and learning to presentation and reflection.

Impact for participants

For participants, the program means acquiring concrete artistic skills, applied in original works created during the workshops. Each participant has the opportunity to build an individual portfolio, receive feedback from professionals, and experiment with different media in a safe, guided, and stimulating environment.

Beyond technical skills, the program supports personal development through art: self-confidence, creative expression, visual thinking, and a contextual understanding of contemporary art. Meetings with artists and curators offer participants a critical framework for reading art and help them move beyond simple technical practice, bringing them closer to the real process of creation and public presentation.

Impact for the art market and for partners

Through this program, WIN for ART contributes to forming a more educated audience, one that is closer to the artistic process and more willing to support contemporary art. Participants who come into direct contact with artists, works, and creative processes can become future collectors, supporters, collaborators, or active members of the cultural community.

For partners, involvement in the program means association with a cultural project relevant to the community, with positive social impact and visibility among cultural audiences. Partners benefit from brand presence in communication materials, on the website, in the catalogue, at the final opening, and in the photo-video documentation of the program, along with transparent reporting and the opportunity to support artistic education in a concrete and measurable way.

Why this program matters

Art education creates bridges between artists and the public. It helps people understand the process behind an artwork, the value of creative time, and the complexity of contemporary art. The WIN for ART workshops, courses, and meetings with artists and curators program matters because it transforms art into a direct, participatory, and formative experience. We do not simply show art. We invite people into its process.
